What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, Yuuki's Imagination Station Child Care, is open at 6:30 am and closes at 6:00 pm.
What's your holiday schedule?
We will be closed on:
New Year's Eve
New Year’s day
How flexible are you with pickup and drop-off times?
Both pickup and drop-off times can be flexible provided that caregivers communicate with Emma before hand to make arrangements.
What are your fees?

Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes, we do offer a discount for siblings. After the first sibling, it’s 10% the total price.
Is there a late pickup fee?
Yes, there is a late pick up fee. When there is no notification about a late pick-up a fee of $5.00 per child will be applied for every 15 minutes a parent is late. This fee is on will be assessed on a case by case situation.
Do I pay when my child is ill (with or without covid) or we're on vacation?
Yes, to maintain your child’s spot.
How and when would you bill us?
We do posted dated cheques, cash, or e-transfers. Whichever is easiest for you and your family. Payment is expected every month on the first. Please note no care will be given until a payment has been made.
Do you supply diapers, or is that up to the parent?
We asked that the parents to supply diapers and wipes, as every child has different needs.
Do you have emergency training?
Yes, Emma has CPR and First Aid training.
What activities do you like to do with the children?
We like to promote an active and emanative atmosphere for the children. On a typical day, this could take the form of a walk-through Cranston or making shapes with homemade dough. If you would like a more extensive list of activities, please do not hesitate to ask about one.
Do you provide breakfast, lunch, and/or snack?
Yes, all meals are provided. Which would be breakfast, two snacks and lunch. We also try to eat as cleanly as possible and make as much as possible at home from scratch.
Do you have a nap schedule?
Yes, typically the children aged 0-3 sleep between 12 pm to 2 pm. Children that are 4 and up have a quiet time. In which they can play and do crafts.
Do you allow TV, game systems, and tablets?
No we don’t allow kids to bring anything electronic like game systems or tablets. However, at the dayhome, we watch tv on rare occasions as a treat, movie night or we can’t go outside to play.
What schools do you pick up and drop off from?
Currently, there is only pick up from Cranston School.
What are our Covid-19 policies?
Due to the current atmosphere we are requesting that everyone at the age of 4 and up wear a mask while doing dayhome activities or inside the house. We sanitize all surfaces of the dayhome space three times a day. Toys are washed on a weekly basis. And there is a zero sickness policy in place.
