Registration 

Information

Before any child's first day, the following will need to be completed and provided to Yuuki's Imagination Station Child Care:

  • Signed contract and rate agreement

  • Signed consent forms

  • Paid the non-refundable deposit (Which is the cost for one week for the type of care your child will be in. This fee will be applied to first week care.)
